Hi. I’m Jordyn. I consider myself to be an art enthusiast. I don’t like to tie myself down to one title because that’s just not me. I love art, creating, and being in or creating spaces that cheer me on to be my best self. But if you were to put me in a title it would be a Creative Director, Photographer, & Model. All of these formats have been fun for me. They all have drawn me into different parts of myself I didn’t even appreciate for a long time. Photography has been a long drawn out process for me. In highschool, we make Black Box cameras with holes in them. Wow did I suck at that. I was usually frustrated about how my progress was going. Over time, as I became more comfortable with my vision of art, and learning became fun to me. I embraced modeling as a different perspective that could help me become more observant of my surroundings. Same with creative direction in all honesty. It’s so fulfilling to create a space for people who all have the same goal as you: to create something worth appreciating in 70 years from now. Everyday I am still learning, creating, and growing as an artist. I believe my purpose is to guide other people, tell their stories, and create an environment that can build people up to become their best selves.
